Why clinics lose control between a verbal quote and the first booking

Many clinics agree a treatment plan in conversation or a loose PDF: reception then does not know what was approved, the patient is unsure what was signed, and the calendar fills with services nobody authorised in writing. Without a clear flow, rewriting quotes or collecting payment late becomes routine.

Domeralia adds an optional commercial budgets module (not a fiscal invoice): editable draft, send to the client, approve or reject by line, digital signature and convert to appointment, receivable or session package. The patient reviews and signs in the portal; staff print PDF, duplicate or cancel by status.

If you enable the scheduling gate, each booked service needs an approved budget line (and signature, if your policy requires it) or package credit — not both at once. With odontogram on, the drawer can include FDI tooth and surfaces. With the module off, Domeralia behaves as before: no menus, no gate.

Lines, PDF and print

Create quotes with several lines, open the detail and print PDF. In draft you can approve lines; on send the client receives the document (email if SMTP is set).

Approve and sign in the portal

Authenticated clients see sent quotes, approve or reject pending lines and sign. An active signature blocks edit or cancel until revoked.

Convert to appointment, receivable or package

Convert lines to appointment, receivable (pay then book) or package. Appointment and package are exclusive; receivable can coexist with appointment.

Optional scheduling gate

Require an approved line (and signature if you set it) or package credit to book. With the gate off, scheduling stays free. Toggle anytime.

How it fits the clinic day

Yes. The module is included in every Domeralia plan. Activate it whenever you want under Settings → Modules; it is not a paid add-on.

No. Budgets are commercial proposals (PDF, signature, conversion). Fiscal invoicing stays in the billing module when you need it.

Yes. With the gate on, each service on the calendar needs an approved line (and signature if you disallow convert without signature) or package credit. With the gate off, you can book without a line.
