Each plan includes secure storage for clinical photos and PDFs (2, 5, 10 or 20 GB). You will see warnings at 80% and 95% usage. At 100%, new uploads are paused until you add extra storage or upgrade your plan — existing files remain accessible.

Your subscription renews monthly or annually depending on your plan. You receive invoices by email.

Yes. Every plan includes online payment in the patient portal via Mollie: patients pay for scheduled services securely without calling reception. Activate when your clinic is ready.

The optional fiscal billing module connects to Vendus, Moloni (Portugal), Factura Directa and Billin (Spain). Activate when your clinic needs certified invoicing.

Yes. All plans include teleconsultation with monthly session quotas and concurrent rooms: Solo 10/1, Duo 20/1, Practice 80/2, Clinic 120/3 (trial: 2/1). Extra sessions never expire. See the teleconsult feature page for full rules.

Yes. All paid plans include the GDPR module for managing patient consents and data-subject requests. There is no extra fee to turn it on.
