Rigid packages break when treatment changes from visit to visit

A “10 massages” package fails when the patient sometimes needs a standard session and sometimes a double. Tracking balances by hand leads to mismatches and double charges.

Domeralia sells single-service packages, multi-service packs with fixed quantities, or a credit pool: set total credits and each eligible service’s cost (e.g. 1 credit visit, 2 credits double).

Booking reserves the credit cost; completing the visit consumes it. Reception sees available, scheduled, used and forfeited balances — no parallel spreadsheet.
